2022-2 ROUTE Navigation Map Update
Update your BMW's Business Navigation map database to the latest version (2022-2, Released March 2022). This update is supported by all BMW's equipped with ROUTE navigation systems. Free Shipping!
The update covers all of North America including Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
You have two options for method of delivery. If you select "USB Drive Shipped" you will receive a USB flash drive that contains a vehicle specific map update and instructions on how to install the update. A pre-paid return envelope will also be enclosed for you to return the USB flash drive.
If you select "Download" you will receive an email with the download link and instructions on how to extract the files to a USB drive and install the update. Since we have to obtain a vehicle specific release code for the map update, the download email will arrive approximately two hours after purchase (during normal business hours). Depending on your computer's speed and internet service, the download and extraction process typically takes two to four hours but may take up to six hours.
We also offer 1-Year Subscriptions for Navigation Map Updates. BMW typically releases two to three updates per year and with the 1-year subscription you will receive the newest maps available for one year from your date of purchase. You will be placed on our subscription list and your Download or Shipped USB will be sent within days of the new map release.

To determine your navigation map version follow these steps
1) Press "Nav" on your iDrive controller
2) Press "Option" on your iDrive controller
3) Scroll to the bottom to view navigation map version
